Very rude they ignored me and after 5 minutes in the store they tell me to order it online that they don't have time to attend to me very bad attention

I ordered Wingstop and waited over an hour and a half for a delivery from their website, when I did not receive my food, I proceeded to call the store location and got put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on and when I called back and asked to speak to a manager to get something resolved, he told me there was nothing he could do about the issue and gave us a refund and then hung up. I understand they can not control a delivery service but that was an awful customer service experience all around. They never confirmed the address, told them I never got a text confirmation, so all around a bad experience. Service: 1
