On June 22nd, 2026, I ordered 20 wings , large fries and 5pc Cajun Corn at early 12am and online stated it would be ready between 12:16am-12:21am. Instead, my order remained in "Bagging" status for 30mins and the young lady at the counter stated that they ran out of fries so she gave me a large Cajun Corn order in place of the depleted fries. The young lady informed me to return the following days to get the fries , I believe for free , hopefully. To conclude this experience, it was a lot of frustrated carriers/dashers and customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know what was going on but I ordered online at this location and I got there a little early from the time it said my order would be ready, I’m talking like 10 minutes early. I still waited for about an hour for my food to be ready. Even after the long wait my food was still warm but definitely not hot, and the fries were very floppy and not crispy. The seasoning on the fries also wasn’t distributed evenly. Some of them had a bunch of seasoning while others had close to none. I don’t understand why the couple times I have been to any Wingstop location, not just this one, the wait time is always insane. I definitely won’t be back. The price is ok but the wait time is definitely not worth the food you receive. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This experience was very unpleasant. My order was incorrect, and the rest of the food was not good at all. I ordered hot wings, but when I got home, I realized they were plain. I called, and the manager said, “Oh yeah, we don’t have hot sauce.” If that was the case, why wasn’t I offered a different sauce when I picked up my order? I also ordered Garlic Parmesan wings, but they barely had any Parmesan on them. They were basically plain wings too. On top of that, my fries were undercooked and very soggy. I called back to explain that the $5 credit they offered was not enough because the entire meal was bad. If I’m paying over $30 for food, it should at least be made correctly. The manager then asked me what I wanted her to do. I requested either a refund or a remake of the meal. She said I would have to bring the food back. I explained that I was unable to do that and asked if there was another solution. Her response was that she had already given me the solution. At that point, I explained that the issue still wasn’t resolved. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, and she said no. I then said I would come up there the next day, but she told me there was nothing they could do tomorrow either. She asked what time I planned on coming and said it would have to be after 5 because nothing could be done before then. I told her I would come when I could, and she hung up the phone on me. Overall, the food and customer service were both extremely disappointing. Price per person: $30–40 Vegetarian options: N/a Dietary restrictions: N/a
