They hired the rudest & laziest people to work here. I just tried to call & place an order but was told they only take online orders because they are short staffed. I told the girl I couldn’t place an order online because where I was I was having a hard time getting WiFi, but she pretty much told me that was too bad for me. I then told her the amount of time it took us to have this conversation that she could have punch in a few buttons on her computer & had my order taken so then she hangs up on me. I tried calling back to ask for a manager, but she keeps picking up without saying a word & puts me on hold & leaves me on hold. RUDE! LAZY!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! It’s like they don’t want the business. I’ve never heard of a food place that turned down business & turned away customers & money. I am shocked by the way this place treats their customers. I would like to speak to someone at corporate or a manager but the girl won’t stop putting me on hold so I can’t get it. I have spent so much money at this establishment, but never again. I am now driving out of my way to the Gratiot location that DID take my order & answered the phone with great customer service. Shut this place down if you don’t need the business!!! Oh and fyi: every time I’ve ever gone inside to pick up an order the place is a disgusting mess & the employees are all sitting around playing on their phones instead of cleaning the place up. I’m absolutely disgusted at how I was treated today, but no problem, I’ll spend my money elsewhere if that’s what you really want. I’d give zero stars if I could. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
