The customer service has been so bad here on so many occasions that I just refuse to eat here anymore. I gave it chance after chance because I really like Wing Stop in general, but this location is the worst I've ever seen. The management yells at associates and tells them what to say over the phone instead of handling any issues with orders, on top of getting order after order wrong or incomplete. It's a shame because the food used to be good. Maybe they'll rotate through enough new employees that it will be good again. I guess I'll try them in a year and hope they got their shit together. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

The order did not arrive complete, I ordered using the app to be delivered. I called and they said that DoorDash left one bag at the shop. That I should call DoorDash. I did not ordered from them. Lastly in order to get my money back I need to send a text to a phone number with the missing pieces. What a bad service. Now I have to do what they did not do to recover the money for the service not completed. Incredible…. Food: 1 Service: 1

Very disappointing service. Management does not seem to care about its customers. You can stand at the register waiting to order, and there may be no cashier available to assist you. On top of that, you may have to wait a long time for your order, only to receive the wrong order. Wingstop corporate should look into how this franchise is being managed because the poor service and lack of customer care are damaging the Wingstop name and reputation. I will not return to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40
