I ordered take out an hour ago. Finally called to see when my order would arrive. I was told my food is ready. They are trying to find a driver. Will take another 20 minutes. I told them to forget my order. If it is ready now, I don’t want it delivered in 20 minutes. Them they told me 10 minutes. Really? That is just not acceptable. Their wings are amazing but my service tonight was not Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

I’ve had a great experience with WingsUp since their very first day, and they never fail to deliver. The food is always perfectly cooked, and I especially love how every piece is a well-sauced bite full of flavor. On top of the quality of the wings, the on-call experience is fantastic, the staff is professional and makes placing an order over the phone seamless and pleasant every time. I ordered 12 pounds of wings from WingsUp! Waterloo for a company party, and they were hands down the best wings I've ever had! The Honey Garlic sauce was a favorite—perfectly sweet and garlicky—and for spice lovers, the Sweat N Bullets sauce is a must-try with its bold, fiery flavor. The wings were juicy, flavorful, and arrived on time, piping hot and ready to serve. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop raving about them. Highly recommend WingsUp! for any event—you won’t be disappointed! Add to these you should must try their Cajun wedges and Smiley Sandwiches. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Honey Garlic, Cajun Fries
