My husband are staying at the hotel next door and decided to try it. We ordered the grill, cheese, tomato, and bacon, and a Burger baskets, they both came with steak fries. Everything was so amazing. I actually have not had a restaurant. That was this good in a very long time. I would've never thought to put a tomato on a grilled cheese. But it is amazing the fries. I'm not sure if they're homemade, but they are amazing. And my husband gave me a bite of one of his burgers seasoned to a t thank you so much for your wonderful food. We called and ordered, they said 20 minutes. It was ready when they said. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped by the Winking Lizard in Independence for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant has a great sports bar vibe and a wonderful ambience, complete with friendly staff and a cool, distant view of the Cleveland skyline. The food was excellent, and because it's a top-notch sports bar, it is the perfect place to watch a game and gather with friends or family on any given day. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch or a lively spot to catch your favorite team, this location hits all the right marks. Highly recommended. What do I recommend about this? Nothing! Called days ahead to warn them of a crowd. Said they Could accommodate us at 530pm . Got there at 505 pm to be safe. Were there over two hours and the manager Craig was completely unaccommodating and rude. If you come to Cleveland (Independence) with a group DO NOT go there . If Craig is there (with his bad attitude) he will let you know that his attitude matches yours! Customer service at its finest. Well done Craig . Bartenders were awesome . Rob the manager is just as oblivious. Told our group to come before 6 . Which we did . Still not seated by 715. 2+ hours of waiting. We were told to take our money somewhere else. Done. Winking lizard independence you should be ashamed. As an Ohio native I raved about you. Big mistake.. #managercraigblows #hopetheownerdoesntcondonethis
