Recently wanted to treat myself and friends to some top-notch pizza and saw the decent reviews here. We were pretty disappointed to be honest. Beautiful space and friendly service, but the crust is quite basic. We ordered the buffalo pizza and shrimp and chorizo. Toppings were ok but it just seems sort of cheap quality compared to the price point. I would try something else on the menu. Hey there, thanks for reviewing us. Definitely try the Gourmet pizzas if you come again. We are a Gourmet pizza restaurant and the pizzas are absolutely loaded. You chose 2 from the traditional side of the menu which are way less topping, cheaper and simpler on purpose. I'm sure you will be impressed with the 20+ others we offer. Cheers though. Winnie

I love this place and keep coming back. Amy, Laura and the test of the crew are the epitome of good service with a smile. Wednesday's "large for medium" is always a good offer. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst experience. I booked table at 7.30pm. Waitress took our drink order but forgot to take food order. They were busy so I understand staff miss out on few things. My family was hungry so my husband went to call waitress. Finally she took our order after 30 mins. Now till 8.40 we were still waiting for our food. I asked again how long food would take as my two years old son became so cranky. Finally food arrived, they missed garlic bread. Two pasta were so blend. After waiting 75 mins for our food my kids became so unsettled that we thought to pay and take the food home. Our experience doesn't finish here. We reached back home and found out both pizzas were undercooked. Lamb was way under cooked and so was dough. Would not recommend to any one Winnie Bagoes Rangiora Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hi there. Thank for letting us know about your experience. Busy is certainly not an excuse as we are often busy. In fact I have no excuses, only a genuine apology from us all. I can't imagine how so many things went wrong but we will speak to all the staff in person and reply to an e-mail kindly sent from one of your group, to let us know about the evening.
