Jessica and her team were wonderful partners at a recent charity golf tournament held at Irondequoit Country Club by the Monroe County Bar Association's Lawyers for Learning Golf Tournament. Prior to the event, Jessica was clear in her communication regarding menus, pricing, accommodations, and other event logistics. On the morning of the tournament, Jessica and her team showed up on time, setup was seamless, and their portable branded cart looked very professional. During and after service, I received numerous compliments about the quality of their beverages as they served 100 attendees with ease. After the event, Jessica sent a kind follow-up along with helpful instructions for final billing. Overall, Winter Swan Coffee was a perfect addition to our event. Jessica and her team helped make our day special with exceptional organization, quality, and customer service. We hope you will give them the opportunity to make your day special too! Such a cute little coffee spot The Vietnamese coffee was AMAZING! strong, smooth, and perfectly sweet. The pastry was just as good as it looked: soft, lemony, fresh, and topped with edible flowers that made it feel extra special. Everything tasted thoughtfully made and the whole vibe was cozy and pretty. Definitely a place I’d come back to Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been in Rochester for a week for schooling with my company. I hit coffee houses every morning and restaurants every night. Place after place, unfortunately,were disappointing, until I was recommended Winter Swan Coffee by my Niece who was looking up places for me back home in Louisiana. The Service was kind...The atmosphere was relaxing, and the Vietnamese Coffee was absolutely Phenomenal! I left energized,satisfied and happy to have been able to experience it. I will definitely be back when ever back in New York. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
