Went there today (on a Sunday) with a reservation for lunch - luckily early enough to get a parking space. When we drove away after dinner there was pure stress in the parking lot, which was obviously too small. Except for one young lady who seemed annoyed, the service was courteous, nice and natural. Drinks and food came quickly, even though almost all tables were occupied. Knuckle, Wiener Schnitzel, fries, green sauce and bread were really tasty. Unfortunately, the coleslaw had an overdose of caraway seeds and was inedible. Therefore no full marks for food and service. After reading your answer, our total points collapse, dear Mr. "Owner", i.e. due to your astonishingly cynical answer, we now have a "0" recommendation: So you mean, we could have arrived by bike with my almost 90-year-old mother to secure a parking space to receive... from Darmstadt? Although they advertised for Mother's Day in a grandiose way, their comment is unfortunately unacceptable and age-discriminatory. Thanks no... now we definitely won't be coming back! Parking: If you don't get there early, you may not get a parking space. The operations manager probably thinks he is the all-powerful gentleman... when I was there 3 years ago, everything in the restaurant was great and the service was friendly and the employees were very accommodating, but yesterday I haven't experienced such bipolar hospitality for a long time... for a beer but that's just how it goes... Dear Wirtshaus am See team, We would like to thank you very much for allowing us to celebrate our parents' golden wedding anniversary with you. Unfortunately there aren't enough stars to give you a fair rating. You implemented all of our wishes and more than fulfilled them. The ambience, the decoration and the food were simply great and of top quality. But the biggest thanks go to the enchanting service team, especially the magical Christoff, who accompanied us throughout the entire celebration. You conveyed so much warmth with your friendly, courteous manner that made this celebration unforgettable. You always had a smile for us, you were always there 101% and we never missed anything.
