25 years of travel in Indonesia, countless number of months, if not years, spent in Cirebon, and tonight, first time ever in Wolfgang bistro, the oldest living bule in CBN....what was I waiting for ? Its true, I'm not really big on beer, but the half liter bottle of Ludwig he put on the table is more than decent, and is a reminder of the German brewery craftsmanship who gave birth to beers as illustrious as the Tsingtao..Wolfgang bistro is like a garage with tables, open on the street. We came for the beer, but the french fries and apfel struddel are also a reason to pay a visit to this kuliner institution in Cirebon. Soon available on grab delivery or go food. Next time, ill try the spätzles..
