Best Chinese restaurant there ever was. Just had our favourite food this evening for the last time. Thank you for such great food for so many years! You’ll be missed beyond words.

i have been going to wong's palace since i was a young child over 50 years ago. each new years eve my husband and i order a special dinner from here to enjoy for us both. i ordered some food along with a special order of vegetable fried rice with no egg and no mushroom due to allergy's. at first i tried to order one day ahead to have it ready to pick up on new year's eve but the lady who answered the phone said not possible due to the busy time of year. prior to her telling me it was not possible to place the special rice order i had given her two different orders to be picked up on new years eve. but when she told me no i could not get the special rice i said ok cancel the first order and i will take just the second order but my husband will pick it up now. since she said it would not be a problem to order the special rice order today instead of on new years eve when very busy. so my husband went to get the order and here they had the twooooo orders ready...she did not cancel my first order so we were left to pay for both orders even though i canceled one. then when my husband gets home with the food here i find mushrooms in my rice. ALLERGIES!!! so i called her back and she said i did not cancel my first order...i did...but she started to argue with me. i told her that wasn't even the issue but the fact that i order a rice with no egg and no mushrooms because of allergies and she said....believe this or not..she said i told the cook, its not my fault. how stupid can she be. she has no respect for her father's business and his customers. i will no longer order from there again and i will save a whole load of money because their prices are outrageous anyways. and further more they need to update their business it is so out of style and they do not even have a debit machine. time to get with the date. sorry your loss
