Hello David, I am really sorry that you feel this way! The staff’s comunicating skills does face some difficulties when the visitors do not speak a common language for all such as english but still I am more than certain that even if you signed with your hands that you needed or wanted a glass of water it will have been given to you even if we do not serve water.Good for you to be able to distinguish if someone is a local or a turist,please do share this wisdom with us too!
