I was there today ordered a quesillo and did not have the sour onion to go with it! Ordered plantain (mariquitas) and none available! Ordered a zeveda drink and did not taste like I expected was just water and sugar no flavor. It was 3 of us we ordered 2 plates of carne asada,1 enchilada and 2 drinks. Total 81$with tip included. This was so expensive! Last time I was there it was my mother and wife and we had the worst experience. One of the cooks or heard she prepares the drinks was very disrespectful and argued with my mother because the drinks taste was very bad. The cook only said I’m very stress and if yall don’t like it beat it! We informed her we will talk to the owner. We never did but, I don’t recommend anyone dining there. No professional service,food is bad expensive and no respect for customers. I’m Nicaraguan and yambo was never this bad. Boss should look into this. Bad for business!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I’ve been going to yambo for over 15 years. The last couple of times I’ve visited I’ve seen the quality of the food get worse each time. I always ask for well done and they give you whatever they want. The meat looks and tasted more boiled than grilled. The rice was undercooked or old because it was crunchy. The last straw was today’s visit. I get the same order every single time. When I ordered a cacao today, the blonde lady lied to my face saying what she was giving me was a medium. I know 100% she sold me a small for the price of the medium. They even have the cups with the price on top of the beverage fridge and she told me with a straight face that the cup she was giving me and the one on top were the same. They only have 2 cup sizes on top of the fridge, a medium and large. Ridiculous. And on top of everything, now we have stomachaches ugh never again and the meat was worse looking in person than the pic Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Open 24hrs it never fails! The food is always great and the waitresses are always welcoming! Come and try authentic Nicaraguan food from one of the oldest restaurants in Miami! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
