В этом ресторане закажите блюда китайской кухни. Обязательно возьмите здесь неплохой димсам, суши с лососем и утку по-пекински. Yang Ming Buffet славится хорошим мороженым, пудингом из манго и яичным тартом. По словам клиентов, чай тут хороший.

Do read the negative comments because there pretty much what I observe then eating at the restaurant. A year ago my family started to go to Yang Ming, not ever again. The food is not as good as it once was. Lots of fat in several of the meat items, more then there should be.The food is still now pretty good but not as good. It will be the last time we go there. There was hair in one of the dishes and because the manager didn't see it, there was nothing done about it. This last time my son had sushi which is actually very good however he bit into something sharp. The waiter took it away with no one coming to make sure he was OK. We leave and I know some of you will think tipping is expected however when someone makes more then the people who are eating then there should be understanding that many can not tip and just want to go out on a special occasion. I was actually asked to 'tip' and then again by the head seater as we walked out the door. There is NO WAY a restaurant should expect that all customers are going to Tip or put it on a Bill (as one restaurant does and did to an elderly friend without asking) and then chase them down to request - making them feel obligated, especially after paying $170 for 5 people and finding something in the food plus the past two times many of the dishes were questionable and over cooked. My son said maybe the over cooking was done on purpose because they don't want someone getting food poisoning on Mothers Day. Mothers Day, they treat it not like a holiday - Dinner all day for $34.99. I do recommend the Sushi but do be careful of sharp items and hair in the food. The waitress is only around to continue filling the water so your full on water rather then food. My family will start going somewhere else. Most workers do not understand English or that's been my experience.

Yang Ming's buffet, decided to bring my family out to the buffet that has been recommended to us for a while. It is located in Beverly conjoined to hotel. We enter through the hotel lobby and once we arrived we stood and waited a couple minutes in order to be seated, there was a little catering robot at the entrance that was smiling at us and I have to say yes it was cute. We were seated at no time at all and then we were off to scope out the choices. You have to say this about Yang Ming buffet, they have a lot of choices to choose from including a sushi bar and to maintain food in all the containers can be a daunting task. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was good and things were organized in a fashion that it made it very easy to navigate around and get your meal. Our server was polite and they took away our dirty dishes in a timely manner asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. About the only thing that I was not impressed about was the chicken balls, it tasted more like a heavy dough ball with chicken inside as the dough was very dense. Other than that we enjoyed our evening and the choices that we had to choose from. We were three people and bought two drinks for a grand total of about $95 which for the amount of choices is very reasonable. I rate this restaurant a 7 out of 10 on the munch meter.
