[Yoyogi] "That Was Delicious" Series, Episode 82︎ "Yori" *Please note: This is a retroactive post based on old memories. I apologize if the information differs from the original. An interesting spot with many faces—is it a soba shop? A stylish izakaya? An art studio??? Located between Sangubashi and Yoyogi Stations, it’s closer to Sangubashi, but both stations are a bit of a walk away. I used to wonder about this place while taking walks when I lived in the Yoyogi area, and I finally made it there during their evening izakaya hours. During the winter, they even set up a kotatsu, creating a unique atmosphere you don’t see elsewhere. The drinks are self-serve from a fridge inside the shop, giving you the exciting feeling of discovering hidden gems. The food menu is also highly original, with dishes you won’t find anywhere else—it’s a place where you never get bored, whether you’re just looking at the food or actually eating it. It's a very cool spot doing it all from food, to wine and drinks, coffee and records + merch. We had dinner and the food was good - loved the buckwheat hummus. We enjoyed some good wine and a very cool vibe! A little pricey Price per person: ¥9,000–10,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Fell in love with Yose after our first visit we went back during our 2 week stay in Japan. Was an amazing dining experience. Friendly staff & a large range of options of what we ordered we were blown away with how delicious & well priced each option were. Very delicious house made sodas & local wines. The atmosphere with well curated records & books to look at was delightful. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
