The fried chicken is some of the best I've ever had. The batter was so light and crispy, but the meat was super tender and moist. I can safely say that you will be pleased with anything that includes it!

**Experienced at Quincy Food Truck Fest 9/26/2015** I was a huge fan of the Pork Egg Roll. The taste was so pleasantly fresh and full of flavors. The outside of the roll was crispy and over all delightful. I am a huge fan of a decent egg roll and loved this. I kind of wish they made some sort of home made sauce to go with the egg roll instead of packaged sweet and sour sauce, but over all I was very happy with my choice to try Yumm Bai!
