Hello, this is the one of the sons who partly owns Yung Lee Cafe & Restaurant. I have read and seen all of your review, comments and complaints about this establishment and i will explain the reasons why there is short of staff and why there’re not many different variety of foods to choose from. For the staffs, the reason why we are short of staffs is because no one will take a hard job of cleaning, cooking and waiting for people to order, sit down and eat. We also have to deal with rude customers who try’s to vandalise the shop or cause a scene with family members or staffs to gain attention. If we could change our staffs behaviour, it would need their consent to agree with these terms, which we promised them that we won’t change in anyways what so ever. For the foods not having different options, this is because we do not want customer’s barraging us with too many food options as this will tire the workers even more. We chose to have foods that are simple and fast to make, but have a good flavouring to it. Going this way makes the process of making the food in under 2 minutes and allows the workers to be less stressed and tired between the process of making foods that is simple to make than having them make too much complicated foods for different orders at the same time. And as the established itself, we try to clean it to have a good outcome and show to customers that we have nice and safe environment. What isn’t nice about some costumers is that they think that it is our job to clean the scraps of food off of the floor. We may clean after you, but we are not babysitters to makes food for you all day long and clean after your mess that you leave on the ground, tables or on the walls. We try to satisfy customers and we do buy making food and drinks for you, but some customers thinks that making our life’s more difficult by throwing food scraps all over the shop will help us “Improve” on our work environment. We will state that we care for customers, even if we don’t look like we do. But to those customers who will try and cause problems with us and make complaints to ruin out status, we would like to see you try and make your own restaurant and see how hard we work through to at least make money to put food in the table for ourselves and children.
