I went to Sannomiya Zipangu for the first time today. I reserved a private room for 6 people, but I was shown to regular seats. No explanation. The girl at the hall who came to take my order was quick to ask for my drink order, but she kept asking for my order over and over again, even though I wasn't seated, my jacket wasn't hanging up, and I wasn't even looking at the menu. The girl in the hall didn't seem to like when I said I'd call her. Feels bad. I ordered some items. The first dish was a tasteless Japanese dish of dried radish and octopus. Octopus? Radish salad: Thumb-sized radish with green perilla dressing. It was a radish salad that I had never seen before. Assortment of 3 types of sashimi. It smells like salmon. Cut the octopus into too many pieces~ Hamachi - unnecessarily thin and big. Shrimp mayo sweet chili Shrimp tempura and sweet potato tempura with Caesar dressing. Fried Tofu - Tempura of firm tofu soaked in a rich, dark white soup stock containing plenty of amino acids. Cold tofu tastes like green onions were thrown in from a distance. I guess there was no choice, so I put wasabi on top in a hurry. A handful of aged meat 10 The way to cut is to cut along the fibers. I can't chew it enough. The thicker parts are about 1cm, and the thinner parts are so thin that you can barely see the rice. The thickness varies. It comes out in a different state. The menu says it well, but it's mostly amino acids, Ajinomoto, and Ochazuke base. I remember eating it a lot when I was little. It tasted like that. I'm very disappointed because I went with my father-in-law. The toilet was also quite dirty. From the moment I entered the store, I felt something like that. But it's a store in Sannomiya, Kobe, so it's okay. This is what I thought. It was a huge failure. Even though it's Sannomiya, there's a shop like this. I couldn't find a single good place.
