I am beyond upset and honestly shocked by how I was treated tonight. I have been a loyal customer since this business opened, and my entire family—my mother, daughter, sister, brother, nieces, and nephews—have supported this place consistently. We have spent thousands of dollars here because we believe in supporting local businesses. So to be treated like this is unacceptable. At 11:50 PM, during posted business hours, we arrived and found the doors locked. Meanwhile, staff were clearly inside with the music turned up, dancing, and fully aware we were standing outside. Instead of acknowledging us, it felt like we were being laughed at and ignored while left out in the cold. Yes, this may be a smoke shop, but that does not mean customers should be disrespected or treated like they don’t matter. We are paying customers—loyal ones at that—and we have more sense than to accept being dismissed like this. This wasn’t just poor service. It was humiliating. I am genuinely in tears over how careless and disrespectful this felt, especially coming from a business we have supported so heavily. Supporting local businesses should go both ways. Respect should be mutual. Right now, I feel completely let down. I hope management takes a serious look at this because no loyal customer should ever be treated this way. This place deserves less than one star. We ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a chicken tenders meal. Neither meal had any taste. The texture of the food here was absolutely awful and the bun on my double cheeseburger fell straight apart. I cannot recommend going anywhere else more highly. Stay away from this place if you want edible food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$31 for a 12pc Perch only to receive a 10pc when you check at home and then be dismissed after you call to complain is not good business practices. I recommend counting your food items before you leave to avoid coming up short on what you purchased honestly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1
