Clean. Quirky service. For some reason, I end up in a lot of different Zaxby's. I commonly get wings with no sauce on them and fries with no seasoning on them. I always get a side of Zaxby's spicy sauce for the wings and another one for the fries. Often I asked for the extra sauce when I'm getting the food and they just hand me another sauce. For some reason, this place was slow with the food and charged me 25 cents for the sauce. Maybe that's just what they all are supposed to do. I've been to zaxby's, maybe, hundreds of times. No one has ever charged me for an extra sauce with this meal. I do get charged for extra sauce at other times. I don't get it. Typically, Zaxby's is wonderfully generous in their portions are good as well. This was just odd. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: I can get gluten-free and dairy-free options here pretty well, excluding the possibility of cross-contamination, which I think is pretty common in most restaurants.

Not worth the price. I paid $17 for a Wings & Things at Zaxby’s and the portion was really disappointing. Barely any fries, and the chicken strips looked way smaller than usual. I expected to feel full after a meal at this price, but this wasn’t it. Definitely not good value. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
