These people have no idea what they are doing. Had to send everything back because they screwed up the order. Second time still not right. First time they put stuff on the salad that we asked to be on the side. Fries were not hot, chicken fingers were tiny. Second time they left stuff off the salad . After ten minutes we are still waiting for the tenders and fries. Going to ask for a refund. Ridiculous! We won't be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went thru the drive thru today and ordered a cobb salad and some cheddar bites. The young lady that took my order was very nice. Told me to park at spot 1 and they would bring it out. Mind you no one else was in the drive thru but me. About 30 minutes later I go in. The young lady at the front cashier (very nice) asked could she help me. I told her I had been waiting on an order and told her what my order was. She located my food just sitting at the drive thru window. Another girl at the drive thru just sitting there with an attitude proceeds to tell her that that was not my order. It was my order. This is why I try to go to the one on W. 86th Street....fast, nice, and good customer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

For some reason every time I come to this location I have to sit and wait at least 5-10 minutes at the speaker before my order is taken. Then once you pull around they take another 10-15 minutes every single time. I don’t get why it’s only this location I have experienced such slow service at. Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
