I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but tonight I went through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. When I was trying to order, all I could hear through the speaker was laughing, and it seemed like the employee wasn’t really paying attention or understanding my order because she was talking to someone else at the same time. I understand work can get busy and people joke around, but when I pulled up to pay, she was still on FaceTime with a friend, laughing and ignoring the customer interaction. In my opinion, it just came across as very unprofessional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve now had two bad experiences at this location. The first experience was a few months ago, we ordered via drive through and didn’t think to check to make sure the order was correct (I admit this was partly our downfall, I will now always check my order before leaving). We realized when we got home that the order was wrong. We were given buffalo nibblers instead of BBQ sauced tenders (due to acid reflux no one in my family could eat these). I immediately called the store for resolution and was given less than sincere care. The only resolution offered was “we’ll remake it if you come back to the store”. We wanted what we paid for so we went back. The workers all seemed confused and again no one showed any true care for us as customers. Tonight we DoorDash from this same location. One of our meals was missing the fries entirely. The tenders in both of our meals were very poor quality, extremely hard and over cooked. As I took a bite of a tender I was mortified to realized that the food smells like CIGARETTE SMOKE. Absolutely disgusted and so very disappointed. Door dash did help some to make it right (refunded the meal missing fries) but this location is not one I will ever visit again after this. I feel that the food issues were solely related to the restaurant and NOT my dasher. Only the tenders smelled of cigarettes not the bags or other food, and the order was sealed in the plastic bag like usual. Food: 1 Service: 2

First of all, why is it POST on the door"Mask Required"
Some of the cooks are not wearing Mask and the front are wearing a mask under their chin.
Walk in to place an order cashier look at me twice without saying a word. I finally ask if someone is going to take my order. She took my order and I order my chicken extra crispy. Which did not happen
