My husband & I came thru the drive thru this morning a little after 11:00. We got a big Zax snack and two milkshakes. We get done ordering and before we pull off from the speaker we hear “two milkshakes at 11:00 is crazy” I’m pregnant & wanted my craving didn’t realized I would be judged. I’m not even going to get into the mocking that was going on inside the window because we ordered extra sprinkles. Make those comments when the headset is off or don’t make those comments at all. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and it’s not even the food that drove us away. We are regulars there every weekend. The girl working the drive thru when we went is always playing around when she’s at the window. We can always tell when there isn’t a manager on duty. GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CANT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE!!!!!! *edit to add: this is what my fries look likeno seasoning at all Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
