Go thru driveway because inside appears to be closed. Have to wait 5 minutes or longer before I can order anything. Get to drive thru window to pay and have to wait at least another 20 minutes on food only for them to forget to put chicken in my chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. So then I pull back around to drive thru and have to wait again...at least 20 more minutes ... Only to receive half warmed up fries with chicken so crunchy you can't eat it. And NO BACON at all. It sucked Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am a dasher and had a pick up order tonight. I got to the store at 859pm and said pick up by 907. Finally at 920 I asked girl if she knew eta on it she never came back. Finally at 930 after watching two.more people come in and order and get their food I asked again. She said the cooks wouldn't tell her. I calmly asked if we could just find out if they were working on it as it had been a really long time. She then goes over the window thing where cooks are and loudly says im yelling at her and she was just wanting to know how lomg until order would be ready. Then the cook starts cussing at her says he quits and walks out the door. So weird she was literally just chrcking on a order for a customer. Idk if order ever got done I Finally jist left after that & cancelled. I honestly feel bad for the girls working the front they seem terrified of the cooks but I felt they were unprofessional as well in way it was handled. Anyone would be frustrated waiting that long but I felt I was pretty calm just trying to find out if it was worth continuing to wait for a $6 pay order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drink machine was out of over half drink selections including all coke a cola options... The machine was also filled with ice leaving nowhere to put your cup to fill it ... It was freezing cold indoors... And we thought the restaurant was closed because they don't have any lights on outside ... Not even the street sign was lit.... By far the WORST location ever! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
