The wings at the Garner Zaxby's are like a 90 year old's dingdong. Tiny, shriveled and deeply disappointing. I paid $18.39 for 10 of the smallest, driest and toughest wings I've ever had the displeasure of being served. They were barely lukewarm when they were handed to me by a young fellow who looked and sounded as if he'd rather be anywhere else. Not that I can blame him, I felt the same way. I was so shocked by how small they were I decided to weigh and measure them, since they couldn't really get any colder or dryer. I removed all the meat from an under 3" wing - not an easy task since it had a tough, jerky like consistency - and weighed it. It weighed 0.4 of an ounce. With the bones included, 0.6 of an ounce. It was not even the smallest wing in the lot. I literally paid over $73 a pound for 4 ounces of dry, chewy chicken meat. Not cool, Zaxby's. Shame on you. Absolute rip off. Avoid at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience at Zaxby's. I specifically requested crispy, well-done wings, but what I received were soggy and undercooked. I also asked for extra lemon pepper seasoning, and there was barely any on the wings—completely missed the mark. It didn’t stop there. I asked for light ice in my drink and ended up with a cup full of ice. The fries portion was also unacceptable—less than a handful. What’s most frustrating is that everything I requested was clearly listed correctly on the receipt, which tells me the issue wasn’t miscommunication—it was a lack of care. To make matters worse, I checked my order at the window, even touched the wings, and let the employee know something was wrong. She simply apologized and closed the window without offering to fix anything. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. This experience felt careless and disrespectful, and it definitely makes me think twice about returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It never fails.. every single time I come here, they NEVER get my order right!!!! You tell them no pickle and they put cheese and bacon on your sandwich! You ask for a Dr.pepper and they give you a Diet Coke!!! I do online orders bc I work near by.. and I tell the exactly what I want in the app and they obviously CANT READ!!!!!! Not to mention they NEVER put zaxby sauces in the bag.. is it really that hard to throw 2 in a bag!?!?! They are so freaking incompetent!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1
