I placed a mobile pick up. I pulled into my spot and checked in. I waited for a bit and saw all these other cars getting their order way after me. I walked in and I asked about my order, the girl turns around hands it to me, where it had been sitting there and says we’ve been busy. Not appreciated. Makes me feel like my order didn’t matter. Not good customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I came through Last night after my son’s graduation and what can I say.. they were BUSY! I have never seen it this way! Line out the door with people, drive thru wrapped around.. and yet through it all? So much positivity. Now, I come to this location regularly, I mean I live 5 minutes away, but even with all the chaos of it being busy this was the best experience I have ever had. There was a new girl I had never seen any more; her name tag read Emily and it said she was a general manager. That girl.. she was a ROCK STAR. I went through the drive through and that girl ZIPS around and moves faster than I thought was humanly possible. While I was at the window I saw her in the drive thru, helping up front, calling orders out to the kitchen and getting communication as what’s cooking, what’s almost ready, what products they were getting low on.. all while still helping take orders and doing what seemed like everything and during the entire time had this massive smile on her face and acting like she was the happiest person to be there! Hell, I even saw her run INTO the kitchen a help! Listen, I do not know where you got this girl, but please don’t lose her. I’m impressed by her positive energy and work ethic. I asked her if she was the new general manager as I’ve met Regina and knew she is for this location, and she explained that she’s here to help out.. we wouldn’t be upset if she stayed for good! Thank you for the great experience to Emily and her entire team tonight. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
