We showed up at 7:15 and every door was locked as people are inside eating. We had to sit in the very long drive through line that took extremely long. We asked for double fries and barely got any!! The lady was really nice though! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Let me tell you, the most confusing experiences I’ve had in fast food reside at this store the service is soooooo good but literally EVERY single time I’ve been here, I receive ice cold food. And this is weird because it’s normally vise versa in the fast food industry, where the food is excellent and the service sucks. Does anyone know the times this location drops their chicken in the grease? I want to like this location so bad lol. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While we definitely love a Zaxby’s meal and always wish the best for every restaurant. This particular location has a lot lacking in customer service. We were barely spoken to, told to pull to the side and had our food shoved in our window and the employee didn’t even speak. There are a plethora of chicken places in the area and it’s easy to find one where you don’t feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
