The food was great. Staff were nice. But there is NO CHANGING TABLE in any of the THREE bathrooms. So I changed my baby on a seat in the restaurant. Where else am I supposed to do it? That was beyond disappointing and extremely frustrating. We were traveling and had a full car so we couldn’t even use our trunk space. Please please please get a changing table. There is space for one in the women’s bathroom. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I know this store to do better. Failure in effective communication happens from time to time but getting food that I didn't order or want as a result is just sad. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Family went through the drive thru today with only one car in front of us and one car behind, and only 2 cars in the parking lot. NOT busy/well before rush hr. Had to repeat our order 3 times, and asked a question 3 times before it was answered. The girl just kept talking over us as we tried to ask the question. Then asked for a diet coke with the meal, and the girl immediately reply's "ok, Dr. Pepper". SO frustrating! The girl was either not paying attention, on drugs, or cannot multi-task and should not be working drive thru. Then had to pull into a side spot. The young boy walking the food out was in zero hurry. The food was barely warm when we got home (only 2 miles away). The last time we went we got fried cheddar bites, but there weren't even enough bites in the small container to fill the bottom. What a waste of money. This Zaxby's has gone downhill, and it's more disappointing each time we go. Mgmt needs to overhaul staff to at least have basic customer service skills. So disappointing because we typically really like the food. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
