Good food but talked to customer service about getting a refund for tenders. The manager of this location told me to come in within 30 days instead to get my order again. I wasn’t able to get it since their lobby closes at 9. I never went back to get the tenders within 30 days because I feel like that might lead to a confusing interaction with the workers. Price per person: $10–20

For a much as you over pay for basic chicken it would be nice if they at least gave you the sauces. They can never put the sauces in the bag. Plus I have never gotten a milkshake from them where they didn't knock the cherry of the top and look at me like I'm the idiot. Atleast at kfc you know what your supposed to be getting. Zaxbys is extremely non consistent and no longer worth the money you will pay for essentially some Tyson frozen chicken tenders Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

At open, store was dirty. Drinks spilled over refill station. Straws not stocked. Food was cold. Fingers were DRY. Ordered a quesadilla, so cold the shredded cheese didnt even try to melt. The tortilla looked out of the package. No heat anywhere. If I could guess, these were chicken fingers from last night. How? How is a store so bad only 45 minutes after opening? They JUST got to work. Ugh. Took this ish home and will cook it tomorrow, I guess. Made a second stop for Sheetz. Should've gone there in the first place. I would've saved 20 mins. Cant believe I had a craving for this ish and didnt even eat it. Now I remember why I stopped doing Zaxbys. The inconsistency for the cost is crazy. Spent $30 for fast food to sit in a fridge and tomorrow, I'll have to "fix it up" and cook it myself. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
