young girl at the window with swoop bangs and dark hair wouldnt hardly talk to me at all except for telling me the total. i kept on saying “thank you” when she’d give me my drinks and card back but she still wouldnt reply. at the end, she gave me my food and i said “thanks” one more time. i guess she didnt think i would watch her close the window, so she gave me the nastiest, ugliest stank look. dont know if she was just having a bad day or what‍ lets do better Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a kickin' chicken sandwich with cheese The sandwich was so cold that the cheese didn't even think about melting I don't know if they think people don't want to wait a little while to get hot fresh food and they're going to make it and stick in the corner and weight or what maybe they made a mistake on somebody else's order and just held it till somebody else ordered the same thing I don't know nowhere near as good as it used to be

Wed. 1, 2026 @ 9:55pm I used to love this location back when experienced adults were running the store, but ever since inexperienced teenagers have been in charge, it has been a consistent disaster. I’ve visited multiple times after work, giving them chances, but the same problems keep happening—orders are incomplete or incorrect. The first time, I ordered a Kickin’ Chicken sandwich and received only the bottom bun, with no top bun at all. The second time, I ordered a 10-piece Finger Toss in Nuclear sauce, but it was made in regular Buffalo sauce instead. The third time, I ordered a 10-piece regular fingers with a small fry, which was completely forgotten. When I pointed it out, they hurriedly tried to give me one of their employee’s fries. I had seen the fries sitting there when I first pulled up to the window, while the employees were standing nearby eating. The box of fries had no seasoning at all. The woman at the window who gave me the fries avoided me when I tried to get her to come back to the window to address the situation, so when someone else finally intervened, they offered seasoning but ignored the fact that I had already pointed out the missing fries and explained that I had seen the box sitting near the employee. I ended up throwing them out. The night manager needs to take control of his staff instead of acting like their friend smh It’s especially concerning because the same employees repeatedly work the night shift, and these problems continue to happen. Curbside service is also ineffective if staff don’t answer calls or deliver food properly. One night, my friend called ahead for curbside pickup, and his food—supposedly ready at 9:45 PM—wasn’t brought out until 10:35 PM. Staff walked past our car with food bags while we waited. The manager apologized and offered a free cookie, which was appreciated, but the internal issues need to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with these problems repeatedly. Additionally, when you complain about your incorrect order, employees behind that window always have something rude to say instead of listening first so the order can be correct. If I’m spending my money, I expect my food to be correct. Simple as that. Due to these repeated failures, I will now be taking my business to another location. This is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
