The lady working the drive thru speaker today was very positive and courteous. The young lady who brought my order out to me was very nice. My order was correct and the fries were somewhat warm. My only main issue has been that I've done an online - drive thru pick up order 3 times at this location and my order is never ready. I'm always told to park and then end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my order. My last visit before today required me having to go inside to get my order after waiting in the parking lot for so long. The customer service is good, just not seeing the point of ordering online ahead of time to still have wait so long for the order once I get to the restaurant. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I came to this restaurant on May 21st 2026 and May 22nd 2026, and both times were very great. The service was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the managers was very wonderful. I had the pleasure to speak with miss nyla, who was the G. M and Ms. Angelica, who was the area manager, and they were also wonderful and had a great, great personality. And I also spoke to the marketing manager. I didn't quite remember her name, but she was pleasant. As well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On Saturday, June 13th at approximately 9:30 pm my husband and I visited Zaxby’s and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Crissie (or Crystal), who was working both the speaker and drive-thru window. When taking our order, she did not greet us or provide any type of friendly customer service. Instead, she immediately said, “Go ahead with your order.” When we asked about getting lemon pepper seasoning on our tenders, she informed us it could not be done, but her tone came across as very passive-aggressive. The interaction became even more uncomfortable when we pulled up to the window. Before giving us an opportunity to finish getting our payment together, she held her hand out and asked, “Where is the payment?” We explained that we were literally in the process of getting our card ready, yet her demeanor remained rude and impatient. I even addressed the issue directly by asking how she was doing and mentioning that she never greeted us and had been rude throughout the ordering process. Customer service does not require perfection, but it does require basic courtesy and professionalism. As paying customers, we should not feel rushed, dismissed, or spoken to with an attitude. I hope management addresses this situation and reminds employees that respectful customer service is an important part of their job. SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE A MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!
