Im starting from the beginning I go into Zaxbys and order a grilled chicken sandwich meal. I up size the drink to a large. It adds $1.00 to the meal. I said I only want the drink up sized not the fries. I asked how that can be, because if I up sized the drink and fries it only adds .80 for both. She punches in large fries and drink it comes out to$1.89 more. I explained I eat at Zaxbys all over Atlanta and I have never seen that. She says that the way it's been for 2 years and I dont have to buy it then. I askedfor the store manger and she tells me she is the manager. I ask if i could get the area manager or a district manager contact. She tells me I can figure that out myself if I want to talk with anyone other than her. I leave that store drive all the way out to the Buford store. 110% better service. I would love to talk to someone about this. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Absolutely terrible service. Girl with pink hair at window had a very nasty attitude when I asked about military discount. Manager is not any better she enabled the attitude and proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers. Just very nasty how they treat customers. Zaxbys should definitely do something about those two. It really makes the business look bad if that behavior is who the customer is greeted by. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
