I went to Zaxby’s for the first time, and ordered for me and a friend. We asked could we have our orders made fresh and the girl named Briawna who was working the drive thru window assured us it would be because “everything is made fresh after 9:00pm” is what she said. Well she lied. The fries, and the chicken fingers were cold, the wings were hot but mediocre in quality. When she gave me my drink and the lid was not properly fastened to the drink and it spilled on me, and she didn’t even offer me napkins, I had to ask for them. When tasting our fries we went back and told her they were cold and she instead of offering to drop fresh fries she went on to explain to us how they were freshly made minutes before we came. But we asked for freshly made orders from the start. She had a bad attitude, and to tell you the truth she completely seemed to be racially biased. I will not be returning to a Zaxby’s never. My first experience left a bad taste in my mouth literally. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order online at Zaxbys regularly. I never have any issues at all with service with the food or anything. The only issue I have with the app that you order on is that they do not Allow you to order grape Fanta through the app. Every time I order, I have to call to let them know to please make it a great Fanta instead of the one that I ordered. I just really wish that I could order my great Fanta without having to make a phone call to make it a great Fanta. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came in with a larger group around 1pm while the store was not busy at all. The gentleman at the counter (I think his name is Jimmy?) was very kind and sweet. However, the lady calling names was VERY rude. I overheard her calling one of our names and when they didn’t come immediately, she said “stupid kid”. This was ridiculous behavior considering the store had no customers besides us. We were quick in and out. It was so disrespectful! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
