Dear Maria Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed and constructive feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you appreciated our unique atmosphere and menu, and that our desserts and food hit the mark for you! However, we are truly sorry that the service and communication fell short of the experience we aim to provide. You are completely right—having dishes arrive staggered and receiving conflicting information about our wine list is incredibly frustrating. To be transparent, we experienced an unexpected supplier delivery delay, which left us temporarily out of stock of our Bulgarian rosé selection. That said, our team should have been upfront about this availability from the very beginning rather than steering you toward another option without context. We are currently addressing this with our staff to ensure we communicate inventory issues clearly and immediately to our guests. We are glad our manager could offer a small gesture to acknowledge the mishap, but we know we can do better. We are using your review as a teaching tool for our kitchen pacing and front-of-house communication.
