This is a rather special roasting and Coffeshop establishment: in fact the roasting is carried out in Gobelins. This is also where the store is located. The tasting is on the ground floor of La Samaritaine. It's not a classic coeffshop but there is a wide choice of extraction methods: slow coeffe V60, French press or even clod brew. The prices are absolutely correct. On the other hand, for the choice of coffee in V60, there is only one possible choice :( A fruity Ethiopian that suited me perfectly but it may not suit all specialty coffee lovers. Also the reception is not great. I had to wait around twenty minutes because the barista was on break even though it says non-stop service from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. As a plan B, or if you are passing through La Samaritaine, this Coffeshop will suit you.
