Должно ждали заказа, никогда не угадаешь вкусная ли будет еда (через раз и далеко не все блюда). Официанты не внимательны, не улыбаются, приходится их вечно ждать, искать и ловить…. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Zipps Sports Grill has always been one of my favorite neighborhood spots, this location isn't the closest to my house, but it's in an area that I love for a good night of barhopping in Arcadia and I start here often. Since I was old enough to drink, I’ve been coming to this bar for a while now - it's been one of my go-to spot for watching games, grabbing great food and drinks, talking with their kind staff and most importantly, playing Golden Tee Golf with my family and buddies. Over the years, we've spent thousands of dollars here between food, drinks, and games, and we’ve always appreciated the great atmosphere and friendly service. Their Zipparitas and their appetizers are as good as it gets for a local sports bar. That said, I’ve been really frustrated with how their TWO Golden Tee machines have been handled. For nearly the past year or so, the two machines at this Zipps location has never had more problems and seems to be never connected to the IT NET servers, which means no Online Play with my Skins, Balls, Tees, Custom Clubs & Handicap, only Casual Mode. If you play GT, you know that kills the entire experience. My friends and I have left this location of Zipps more times than I can count and go to other nearby bars that don’t seem to have this problem, like Dirtbag's, Chopper John's, Hideaway or Tombstone Brewing Company. Their machines are always connected online, and we’ve instead been spending a lot of money at these establishments. The biggest issue isn’t just that the machines are down—it’s that no one on staff seems to understand the problem when I try to explain it, nor can they actually get a technician from TroyVending to come and strengthen the wifi connection on the machines. They see the two cabinets are lit up and turned on and assume it's working fine, but there's a big difference between Casual mode and Online (the green square on the bottom of the machine indicates it’s connected). We've tried mentioning it multiple times and the responses are always the same, and nothing seems to ever get done even after multiple conversations with the manager on site. To be clear: the staff is great, the food is phenomenal, and the vibe is awesome—but the Golden Tee game cabinets are a major part of why we come, and until it’s fixed and consistently online, we’re taking our business elsewhere unfortunately. I really hope management sees this and takes action. We’d love to come back, and we’re more than happy to spend money here—but only if the full experience is available. I’ll happily update this review to a 5-star once I have seen a noticeable change in the machines. Even when I get permission from the staff to restart the machine by unplugging it, it’ll take about 10 minutes to reboot and it usually is not fixed so it’s a waste of time and I’ll go elsewhere. Zipps Arcadia... please get these two machines fixed soon. Not many places have two machines, and it's a real treat when they are both Online which is really rare. Some of the other Zipps locations have this problem too unfortunately (Goldie's Sports Cafe, Zipps Via de Ventura Mercado, etc) - I don’t go to those establishments either due to their machines being down. I would love to spend more money here as it's the closest Zipps to my house, and I usually have a group of 4 guys and we’ll be there for 2-3 hours playing GT, eating and drinking. Looking forward to it being fixed once and for all. Suggestion: reach out to the talented team at Zipps Greenway location and ask them what they are doing to never have a problem with their WiFi and Online services. That’s the only one I’ll go to now since it’s reliable and connected and also has two GT games, even though it’s a bit of a drive. Worth spending my money at this Zipps location.
