Caitlyn, I would like to sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your recent visit. After reading your review, I personally reviewed the camera footage and watched the entire interaction. I also spoke with the team member who assisted you. The team member was in training and was not yet aware of the price difference between a large water and a large soda. Unfortunately, this resulted in you being charged for a large drink instead of the $.45 cup charge for the water. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. Since then, I have reviewed our policies and procedures regarding water and cup charges with all of our team members to make sure everyone understands the correct procedure moving forward. I am also very sorry that you had to leave and then return to receive your refund. You should not have had to go through that inconvenience. I would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right with you.
