I also ordered a fresh fruit drink, which was nice.
They serve relatively decent food here (at times hit and miss), but unfortunately I won’t be back as the wait times are unreasonable - would possibly return if management fix this up.
Waiting almost an hour for meals that should technically only take no more than 20 minutes to make as most of the ingredients should had already been prepared beforehand. As we patiently wait, we see a number of people who ordered after us get their meals first.
About 30 minutes of waiting, I ask the lady who served me around how long the food would take and she replied with only 10 minutes. 20 minutes later our meals come out and it looks like a sloppy mess. I ordered the steak and eggs, the steak was so dry, the eggs and potatoes had no flavour and the only thing really giving it flavour is the HP sauce which there wasn't much of. My partner ordered the feast from the middle east, I had no idea what that took so long as all I could see that needed to be cooked is the falafel and the haloumi.
We didn't get an apology and the food wasn't worth the wait.
Additionally as we saw other customers leave, we could also see that their food wasnt finished, whether it was cause they had to wait long enough or the food was just bad I'm unsure but one thing is for sure is that if you do plan to eat here, you're gonna have to wait at least half an hour for just a small bowl of chips.
