This is the best sushi I've had. We love omakase, although they don't serve that here until September. Every piece was excellent. They have various sake options and they're lycheetini was cute and scrumptious ask for extra lychee. Their menu is bigger than omakase, we will back to try the rest!! Should out to chef Raul. Zuke es, sin duda, el mejor restaurante de sushi en Tijuana. No tiene competencia. El ambiente es elegante, chic y muy bien logrado. El servicio fue excelente; Noé nos atendió de maravilla de principio a fin. Pero lo que realmente distingue a Zuke es que domina igual de bien las dos cosas más importantes en el sushi: la calidad y frescura del pescado, y el arroz. El pescado estaba increíblemente fresco, de gran calidad y manejado con el cuidado que esperas de un restaurante de sushi realmente serio. Y el arroz estaba al mismo nivel: auténtico arroz japonés, perfectamente sazonado, con la textura exacta y preparado como debe ser. Ese balance es lo que hace diferente a Zuke. Es el primer lugar de sushi en Tijuana que de verdad se siente al nivel más alto, capaz de competirle sin problema a los mejores spots de sushi en San Diego… junto con los precios, :) Pero aquí sí se siente totalmente justificado. ****** Zuke is, without question, the best sushi restaurant in Tijuana. And the rice was just as impressive—authentic Japanese rice, perfectly seasoned, perfectly textured, and prepared exactly the way it should be. That balance is what makes Zuke different. It is the first sushi place in Tijuana that genuinely feels like it belongs in the top tier, fully capable of rivaling San Diego’s best sushi spots—along with the price tags :) —but here, it actually feels deserved.
