I would love to keep coming to Zupas but for $17 (soup salad combo and a regular soda) the small amount of topping added to my salad was a bummer. It is ONE cherry tomato, so little cheese you can’t see it and a tablespoon of chicken. When I checked out I even asked if the salad was missing ingredients and she opened it and looked and it was there (hardly detectable eek!). If I pay this much for a salad I would hope it’s not just lettuce. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

service was fast and food was very scrumptious despite the crowds inside. hard to navigate without bumping into people but multiple people held the door for us which was kind. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Placed an online catering order for a business presentation set to pick up at 11:15, received a text at 11 that my food was ready for pickup, I arrived at 11:30 and the staff couldn’t find my order, didn’t see it in their system, had to reorder my food where I was charged more than my original order online. The food wasn’t given to me till 12pm. I was late to my presentation due to this. Thankfully I was refunded for the second order but nothing was done to make it right other than saying sorry. First and last time coming to Cafe Zupas. Service: 1
