I had a great experience today with NY! She had the best customer service! NY greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, made sure our food was up to our expectations, let me try two different chickens because I was indecisive, and let me know how to earn points on the app! Overall she was very friendly and knowledgeable! The place was good vibes all around. The food was great! 10/10. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

UPDATE: once again it disappoints. The food was good but I ordered online and the food took longer than the app said. Then I got it and noticed that the extra chicken and sweet potatoes I paid more $$ for were barely in the bowl. I think there were 3-4 small pieces of sweet potatoes and barely any extra chicken. I gave them another shot hoping it would be worth it but it wasn’t. If you’re fine with paying a lot for less than most places then you won’t mind. I like Cafe Zupas and the food. They have a ton of options and a lot of it is healthy. The problem is the amount of food you get for the money. I have tried the bowls lately and they are mostly greens and rice. The toppings and proteins are barely there and I’ve even tried ordering extra. It’s just not worth the money even though it’s very good and I’ve never had a bad experience there.
