I have used this hotel three times previously. In this occasion it was a poor experience. I paid for four nights, for two of those nights I was not allowed to use the bar due to another function taking place at the hotel. I was given any prior notice and yet I paid full price.m and therefore expect to use all facilities. I will not be treated as a second class citizen and I will not use this hotel again or recommend it to others.

ReeHorst suites are PERFECT for a romantic night away. Both the Hong Kong and Boudoir suites are stunning, with large beautifully lit baths to relax in, and large wonderfully comfortable beds (both times I had the best nights sleep I've had in ages!). The secret room in the Boudoir Suite is also a neat little addition that gave our stay a little surprising twist, although there isn't much challenge involved to access this room (the entrance is not actually hidden; you just answer four simple questions to reveal a 4-digit unlock code... don't go in expecting something like an escape room puzzle). The staff at ReeHorst were also very friendly, warm, and helpful, which really stands out from some of my other experiences of other businesses in the Netherlands. This has been consistent throughout both of our stays at ReeHorst. And to top it all off, the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in the country, with a wide selection of options in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back to experience more of these suites. Hopefully the Sixth Sense Suite next! Service: 5
