Had a lovely time with my partner for our anniversary prior to our date at the theatre. The food was delicious and the service was very attentive. We tried a few cocktails when we arrived which were very (good) different to say the least as well as a glass of white to pair with the Scallops and oysters that we started off with along with a lovely red for our mains. We will be back again and would maybe try out the bar area too. Thank you to the lovely lady who served us and made our night one to remember. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quite disappointed about the experience we have recently. First of all the food is below average, nothing special. We had tasting menu at the evening. All dishes used same or similar ingredient, mushroom, cheese, rocket. Nothing stand out. It was really expensive compares to what we got. The other things make us really disappointed is we told the lady server that one of us couldnt eat raw dishes because she is pregnant...the first course it came is raw scallop and we were told they cant cook it. But when we told the male server and he understands one of us is pregnacy he asked the kitchen to cook the dishes hence earned one star back. We came on Sat night ...it wasnt busy...it has a reason. If the quality remains the same.. .i would not recommended or come back Price per person: €100+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We ( my wife & I) had a wonderful evening at Allta last night ( April 4). The food was brilliant. The atmosphere was so welcoming & friendly, the nicest we have ever experienced in Dublin or anywhere else now that I think of it! The sommelier was kind, helpful, professional & also great fun. The staff were all terrific as was the main chef/ proprietor who clearly gets a great kick out of seeing people enjoy the food , very friendly & nice. An exceptional place. Can’t wait to return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
