I have been visiting this restaurant for more than two years, and it used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, over the past few visits, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both the food quality and the service. It’s disappointing to see. Building a successful restaurant and earning the trust of loyal customers takes a lot of hard work, but that trust can be lost if standards are not maintained. I genuinely hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. I would love to see this restaurant return to the quality it once had.

I visit this shawarma restaurant quite often, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Shamim for the exceptional service he provides. Today, in particular, I came in feeling exhausted after a long and demanding day at work. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Shamim was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. His positive attitude, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a noticeable difference and turned an ordinary visit into a very pleasant experience. What stands out most is that this level of service is not just for me. As a regular customer, I have seen him treat every guest with the same respect, patience, and friendliness. He is always attentive, quick to assist, and ensures that customers feel comfortable and valued. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and consistently goes above and beyond to create a great dining experience. The food is always excellent, but employees like Mr. Shamim are a big part of what keeps customers coming back. His dedication, work ethic, and customer-first attitude truly deserve recognition. One of the best experiences I’ve had in this area! مطعم أنوار اللؤلؤة is honestly a hidden gem. The location is excellent — easy to reach, with plenty of parking around, and it’s in a calm yet lively part of Riyadh. You can quickly drop by for dinner or grab something to go without any hassle. Now, about the food — the broast here is incredible! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and the spices are just right — not too strong, not too bland. You can really tell it’s freshly made. The garlic sauce and fries on the side were delicious too, and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. The staff are polite, respectful, and serve with a smile. Service was quick even though it was a bit busy, which I really appreciated. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes — definitely worth it.
