The worst service on every damm Saturday morning. Even on pre orders are not been made on time what’s the point waiting in the long queue.

I had very dodgy experience. I work for uber and we have discount on certain items like fuel, water and coffee etc. I opened the water bottle and had a sip as I was thirsty before I went to the counter to pay, it was supposed to be $1 after discount but I was told we only do discount on fuel and coffee which I believe isn't true. I have never been denied discount before. If they don't do discounts they mention that in writing.

I visited the BP Highgate station around 11:30 pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member named Kanisha was serving another customer but refused to serve that person in front of me and refused to give the person a bottle of water , was rude and dismissive and when it was my turn she did the same. Customer service should always be polite and consistent, but in this case, she appeared to treat customers differently based on their skin color which was very upsetting to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of background. I hope management reviews the camera footage from that time and takes this feedback seriously to ensure better and fair service for all customers. If this happens in future will escalate this further to the relevant authorities.
