Hi, just wanted to mention that if the store is closed earlier than the stated closing time, could you please put a “Store Closed” notice on the outside door? This is actually the second time I’ve gone there, at 5:45 pm and the opening hours on the door say the store closes at 6:00 PM, but when I arrived, I was told that it was already closed. It would be helpful for customers to know before entering or making the trip there. Thank you. Service: 1

The food is really good and affordable but the lady at the cash register is so unpleasant. She told us off (very rudely) that some items are unavailable. I ordered two things of the menu and when I collected it there was only one of the items. I had to go back and wait for the other part of my order even though I had been waiting for a while for the first part of it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Vegetarian options: Available, I’m not sure about vegan options

I visited the Junior College branch today looking for vegan options, only to be told by an employee that they don't have anything vegan at all. When I pointed out the (V) on the menu, she informed me it only means vegetarian. This is incredibly frustrating and misleading for a brand that markets itself as health-conscious and inclusive. Eeetwell usually has clear vegan staples like the Sweetchick salad, so to be turned away by a staff member who clearly isn't trained on the menu is a huge disappointment. Please train your staff on dietary requirements so customers don't waste their time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
