First time trying this place i ordered for delivery from door dash the fish and shrimp ceviche, 1 there was no fish, no avocado it had no actual flavor it was very very disappointing since I am a big ceviche fan, my husband got the skirt steak and rice and the steak was chewy and rice was bland the beans were the only thing that had some flavor don't know if we will be giving it a second chance Food: 1

El Refugio Bar and Lounge is such a great spot! The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, perfect for hanging out with friends or just relaxing after a long day. The music sets a great vibe, the drinks are well-made, especially the food. empanadas are definitely one of my favorites, especially passionfruit margarita mmm sooo good and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about creating a good experience. Definitely one of my favorite places to go highly recommend checking it out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
