Absolutely loved Fiore! Everything was fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavour. The pastries were outstanding, and the coffee paired perfectly. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favourite bakeries in Sydney I can’t wait to come back! I absolutely love the coffee, the bread, and especially the brioche with mascarpone. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The vibe is fantastic too the girls are always so cool, welcoming, and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. I really hope you expand the bakery selection with more brioche buns and pastries. Fresh croissants would be amazing as well! Definitely one of my favourite spots in the area on the weekend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fiore Bread Bakery is doing some delicious breads — for me, the small seeded buns and little rolls definitely stood out over the focaccia. You can pick your own fillings, and I went with a protein option and let them build a little sandwich for me. Everything tasted really fresh and balanced, perfect for a hot summer day. The concept is great — loads of fresh ingredients, fun to experiment with flavours, and the vibe in-store is very welcoming. The focaccia wasn’t my favourite, felt a bit too bread-heavy for the fillings, but the small rolls were much easier to eat and had a better texture.
