Good morning. We came last night to unwind following a surgery announcement and what a disappointment!! As an aperitif: peanuts.... Never seen that for a Japanese restaurant! The soup: water without any taste. The salad... No comment. The dishes are very expensive and the quality of the fresh fish served leaves something to be desired... Given the color... Never seen that! And no dessert menu... And the requested flyers are not even updated, the prices have increased.... And when we call today to express our dissatisfaction we are answered, we quote verbatim the words "for 40 e, I don’t give a damn!!!!” Amazing how we dare to treat customers, regardless of the bill! Without the customers the restaurant would not exist and we see negative comments.... No commercial gesture proposed so we are publishing this extremely negative opinion, but what else can we say in these circumstances? ASHAMED OF TREATING CUSTOMERS BASED ON THEIR RATING. Observation: very few people in the restaurant and very few people picking up their orders for a Friday evening.... That says a lot.... We should have gone home or gone to dinner elsewhere. It’s shameful to treat customers like this and insult them, even at 40th, in this way!!! Restaurant to avoid. Neither the quality nor the friendliness, super disappointed, we cut the dinner short.
