Great experience overall at iSushi, and it is easily one of the better local options when you are craving high-quality Japanese cuisine. The standouts here are definitely the fish quality and the attention to detail. Every piece of sashimi was remarkably fresh, clean-tasting, and cut with precision. The specialty rolls were crafted with a great balance of flavors and textures—never weighed down by overbearing sauces or falling apart on the plate. Service was fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in, keeping water glasses full and dishes cleared without feeling intrusive. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and well-kept, making it a great environment for a relaxed dinner. The only minor detail keeping it from a full five stars was a small hiccup in the timing between courses, as a couple of dishes came out a bit out of order. That said, it was a very minor issue in an otherwise fantastic meal. Solid four-star spot, and I’ll gladly be returning soon! Jay was super hospitable and very humorous! He brought great vibes and great food. The seared salmon roll was super tasty and the Louisiana roll was really tasty and was Jay’s recommendation! He was very accommodating and even treated us som dumplings because he was handling everything by himself. Compliments to the chef and Jay the owner/server!
